Need Help with Installation?

Setting up a factory or industrial plant is never a one-size-fits-all job. Every industry brings its own layout, load, and safety requirements, and getting the equipment, sequencing, and manpower right is what determines whether a project finishes on time or runs into costly delays. We've handled installation work across manufacturing, infrastructure, and heavy industry, and we bring the same discipline to every site.

Equipment We Deploy

Depending on the scope of the job, our fleet includes excavators and loaders for bulk material movement, hydraulic cranes and Hydras for precision lifting of heavy components, forklifts for factory-floor logistics and pipe handling, conveyor systems to keep raw material moving, and dumpers and Hyva tippers for hauling material on and off site.

What We Handle

  • Installation and commissioning of industrial machinery, start to finish

  • Movement of raw materials and heavy loads across the site

  • On-site operations support from experienced crews who know how to keep a workflow moving

  • Equipment deployment tailored to the specific demands of your project

Safety Comes First

Every job runs on certified operators, proper PPE, and rigging practices built for heavy loads. We follow fire and electrical safety protocols throughout, and our machinery goes through regular maintenance and inspection so breakdowns don't become your problem mid-project.

Too Hot to Handle? We're Here.

Molten iron comes out of the blast furnace at around 1,500°C which is hot enough that there's no room for error in how it's moved. Handling it safely requires refractory-lined ladles and trolleys built specifically for that heat, along with crews who understand exactly how to work around it.

Once the iron is tapped from the furnace, it's transferred into ladles for further processing. Moving those ladles safely is its own specialized job; one we handle using cranes and trolleys built for the load and the heat.

Equipment We Deploy

Our blast furnace work runs on hydraulic and crawler cranes for lifting and positioning furnace components, loaders and excavators for raw material handling iron ore, coke, limestone; forklifts and boom lifts for furnace parts and maintenance access, conveyor and bucket systems to keep material moving, and dumpers and tippers for clearing slag and waste.

What We Handle

  • Furnace erection and commissioning, including full structural alignment

  • Raw material handling which is loading and feeding iron ore, coke, and fluxes

  • Slag and waste management, disposed of safely and on schedule

  • Routine maintenance and overhauls to keep furnace performance where it needs to be

  • Compliance with industry safety regulations at every stage

Safety Comes First

High-temperature work demands its own protocols i.e heat-resistant gear, controlled working conditions, and rigging built for both load and heat. Our teams work in PPE and flame-resistant suits, with extinguishers on hand and gas and emission levels monitored throughout. Structural integrity checks run regularly, so heat stress doesn't turn into a failure down the line.

Can't Reach the Heights You Want To?

Erection work is where planning meets precision where heavy machinery and structural components have to go up safely, get positioned exactly right, and stay secure for the long run. This is a core part of what we do at Gold India Roadlines, and it's where our equipment, engineers, and safety discipline come together on every job.

Equipment We Deploy

For erection work, we bring in hydraulic cranes for lifting and positioning heavy structures, boom lifts and scissor lifts for safe access at height, forklifts and loaders for moving components into place, winches and hoists for controlled, precise lifting, and mobile and tower cranes when a project calls for large-scale structural assembly.

What We Handle

  • Structural erection — assembling industrial frameworks, platforms, and supports

  • Equipment installation — positioning and securing heavy machinery

  • Pipeline erection — DI pipe alignment, welding, and secure fitting

  • Installation of conveyor and material handling systems

  • Blast furnace erection — heavy-duty structural assembly and alignment

Safety Comes First

Every erection job is led by certified engineers and technicians, with load calculations and stability analysis built into the rigging plan before anything gets lifted. Crews work in PPE and fall protection systems throughout, fire and electrical safety compliance is non-negotiable, and regular inspections and quality checks make sure the work holds up long after the job is done.

At Gold India Roadlines, technical expertise, capable machinery, and strict safety standards come together to deliver erection work that's built to last.

Every Load, Moved with Precision.

Industrial projects run on the movement of raw materials and how that movement is handled often decides whether a site stays on schedule or loses days to damage, delays, or poor sequencing. At Gold India Roadlines, material handling is where our fleet and our field experience come together to keep materials moving safely, from delivery to storage to point of use.

Equipment We Deploy

Our material handling operations run on excavators and loaders for bulk material movement, forklifts for palletized and containerized loads, dumpers and tippers for high-volume transport, conveyor systems for continuous material flow, and cranes for lifting and positioning heavier consignments.

What We Handle

  • Loading and unloading of raw materials, bulk goods, and industrial cargo

  • Warehouse and yard logistics — stacking, storage, and space-efficient movement

  • Transportation of materials between storage, processing, and site locations

  • Handling of heavy, oversized, or irregular loads requiring specialized equipment

  • Coordination with project timelines to keep material supply uninterrupted

Safety Comes First

Every load is assessed for weight and handling requirements before equipment is deployed. Our operators are trained in proper lifting, stacking, and load-securing techniques, and PPE is mandatory across every site. Equipment is inspected regularly, and load limits are strictly followed to prevent accidents and keep operations running without disruption.
